Lyndhurst Limo Service
Lyndhurst sits on the western edge of the New Jersey Meadowlands, with Route 17 running through town, the Turnpike’s western spur a few minutes away and MetLife Stadium just across Route 3. That makes it one of the quickest Bergen County towns to reach Newark and Teterboro, and one of the most affected when a stadium event fills the local roads. Our black car service in Lyndhurst is planned with both in mind, for airport runs, game days, trade shows and business travel.
Pickups at Home, on Polito Avenue and at Lyndhurst Station
Most of our Lyndhurst pickups are at homes, at the Courtyard by Marriott Lyndhurst Meadowlands on Polito Avenue, and at the offices along Route 17 and Polito Avenue. At the hotel and the offices, the chauffeur waits at the front entrance or in the lobby. At Lyndhurst station on the NJ Transit Main Line, the chauffeur waits in the station parking area and texts you the car’s description before your train arrives; trains are not tracked, so if you miss yours, a quick call to dispatch moves the pickup.
Local roads have their own pattern. Route 17 south slows at the Route 3 interchange at rush hour, and Route 3 itself backs up on MetLife event days. For Newark Airport, our chauffeurs usually take Route 3 or Route 17 to the Turnpike’s western spur, and when that is jammed, Route 21 along the Passaic River is a good way around.

Good timing is most of what a short ride needs, and one client put it simply in his Google review:
“Excellent service – car, driver and timing all good. Yes, it worked well.” (Arthur L., Google review)
Game Days at MetLife, Minutes Away but Planned Hours Ahead
Even though MetLife is only a few minutes from Lyndhurst, on game and concert days we pick up about 1.5 to 2 hours before the start, because Route 3 and the stadium roads fill up early. The drop-off and the after-event meeting point follow the stadium’s car service rules, set out in our game-day plan for MetLife Stadium; we confirm the spot with your group before the event and text it again when the event ends.
Exhibitors and Visitors at the Meadowlands Exposition Center
The Meadowlands Exposition Center in Secaucus is about 10 to 15 minutes from Lyndhurst, and we regularly drive exhibitors and visitors there, often from the Lyndhurst hotels. Exhibitors usually book an early morning drop-off and a set pickup time at the end of the show day. Larger show teams can plan the week with our trade show rides to the Meadowlands Exposition Center.
Visiting Executives and Company Accounts Along Route 17
We drive for companies in Lyndhurst and the Meadowlands regularly, mostly visiting executives and client visits: a pickup at Newark or Teterboro, a day of meetings at offices along Route 17 or in the Meadowlands, and the ride back to the hotel or the airport. A typical day is a sedan booked by the hour, with a 7:30 pickup at the Courtyard, two office visits in the Meadowlands, lunch, and the drop-off at Newark for an evening flight. Days like this can be booked as a chauffeur by the hour.
A Lyndhurst company can open an account by creating a profile in our web portal with a business email, which gives access to corporate rates, or by calling dispatch; corporate accounts are opened at our discretion. Several employees can book under the same company account, and the portal lets them see, change and cancel rides and download receipts. Payment is by card (American Express, Discover, Mastercard or Visa) or billing to the corporate account, and the details of our corporate travel service cover larger programs.
When something needs fixing, the people answering the phone matter as much as the driver, as one client noted after her ride:
“Driver courteous and professional, phone staff was helpful and worked to solve issues.” (Dena S., Google review)

Late Pickups, Private Flights and Waiting at the Curb
Does the ride home from a late MetLife show cost more after midnight?
Yes. Pickups between midnight and 4:59 a.m. cost $25 extra, plus gratuity, and a return to Lyndhurst from a MetLife concert that runs past midnight is no exception.
My private flight into Teterboro is delayed. Who should call?
Private flights are not tracked automatically, so the passenger, the assistant or the crew should call dispatch as soon as the arrival time changes, and we move the chauffeur’s time.
How long does the chauffeur wait at a home or office?
For pickups that are not at an airport, the first 15 minutes are free. After that, waiting is billed by the minute.
