Company conferences, school and college trips, sports teams and stadium outings are the trips it runs most, and it is just as useful for a group airport transfer when every passenger has a suitcase.

Seats, Screens and Room Below for Every Suitcase
Inside, the coach is set up for long rides as much as short transfers:
- reclining seats upholstered in microfiber, for up to 55 passengers
- ample legroom and headroom at every row
- a DVD player with 22-inch monitors
- Wi-Fi on board
The luggage bays underneath hold one large suitcase per person for a full coach, and each passenger can still bring a carry-on inside. That is why groups flying together often choose the motorcoach over two smaller buses: the whole group, and all of its bags, arrive in a single trip.

The details change from client to client, but two kinds of trips come up more than any others.
A Multi-Day Company Conference
For a conference, the coach runs between the hotel and the event venue every morning and evening for two or three days, with one airport run at the start and another at the end. Attendees always know where the bus leaves from and when, and organizers can plan the rest of their meeting and event transportation around that fixed schedule.
Fans on Their Way to a Game at MetLife Stadium
For a game, the coach picks up at one or two meeting points in Bergen County, drops the group at the stadium and waits in the bus lot until the final whistle, so the ride home leaves from a known spot. Bus parking is set by each venue and may carry a fee, which is added to the bill. School groups use the coach the same way for field trips, college visits and team travel, organized through our school and college transportation.
Motorcoach or 37-Passenger Mini Bus: How We Advise Groups
Headcount decides most cases, and this is how our reservations team steers clients:

Two cases justify the motorcoach even for a group that would fit in the mini bus. On a long trip, the reclining seats and extra legroom make a real difference by the second hour. On an airport run where everyone has a large suitcase, the motorcoach has the most luggage space underneath of any vehicle we run. Both buses have the same 6-hour minimum and the same cancellation notice, so the decision really comes down to comfort and luggage.
How the Coach Is Kept Ready and Who Is Behind the Wheel
Every vehicle is cleaned inside and out and checked before it goes out, from the tires and lights to the fluids. Maintenance follows a mileage schedule, and any vehicle with a problem stays in the garage until it is fixed.

What Shapes a Motorcoach Quote, and What to Send Us
Every motorcoach charter in NJ is quoted on request rather than from a price list, because the itinerary, the hours, and the venue all change the cost. The frame is the same for every trip:
- a 6-hour minimum, counted garage to garage
- tolls and parking added to the bill, including any bus parking fee a venue charges
- a gratuity of at least 15%, added to every reservation
To price a 55-passenger bus rental in NJ, our team needs:
- the date, and the times the group needs to be picked up and brought back
- every pickup point and every destination, in order
- the number of passengers and roughly how much luggage they are bringing
- the venue name, if the trip is to a stadium, a conference hotel or a school event

Headcounts, Cancellations and Accessibility: Planning Questions About the Motorcoach
When do you need the final headcount and pickup points?
At least one week before the trip. That gives dispatch time to set the route between meeting points and confirm the timing with the venue.
How much notice is needed to cancel a motorcoach booking?
The motorcoach, like our mini buses, has a 35-day cancellation notice, much longer than for a car, so it is worth confirming dates before you book.
Does the motorcoach have a wheelchair lift?
No, the motorcoach does not have a wheelchair lift. If someone in the group has mobility needs, tell us when you ask for the quote so we can talk through the options.
Can the coach stay with the group between stops during the day?
Yes. The motorcoach is booked for a block of hours counted garage to garage, so it can wait between stops within that time, the same way it waits in the stadium bus lot on a game day. Put every stop in the itinerary you send, and the quote will cover the full day.
