Our 37-passenger mini bus is the middle size in our bus fleet, for groups of roughly 24 to 37 people who need to travel together with a professional chauffeur at the wheel. Weddings, corporate events and conferences, and school and college groups book it most, followed by day trips into Manhattan and sporting events. Seating, Sound and Climate Inside the Cabin
The cabin is set up for rides of an hour or a full day. Seats have extra padding and generous legroom, the heating and air conditioning are mounted in the roof so the temperature stays even from the front row to the back, and the frameless coach windows and panoramic windshield give everyone a clear view on a scenic route. The bus currently has:

- premium rear audio, so the group can play its own music
- roof-mounted heating and air conditioning
- a DVD player, if the group brings a DVD (mention it to dispatch when booking)
A Suitcase for Every Passenger in the Bays Below
The main reason we chose this model is the luggage space under the floor. The bays hold one suitcase per passenger, so a full group of 37 heading to the airport fits with its bags, and because the luggage rides below, the aisle stays clear and everyone keeps the legroom. If the group is bringing oversize items such as golf bags, skis or equipment cases, give dispatch the count when you book, so we can confirm everything fits or add a second vehicle.
Two Typical Bookings: A Wedding Night and a Company Outing
A typical wedding uses one bus for about 35 guests over 6 hours: from the hotel to the ceremony, on to the reception, and back to the hotel at the end of the night, with no one driving after the toasts. Couples plan the rest of the day, including the car for the two of them, through our New Jersey wedding transportation.
A company outing usually fills the bus from the office to a venue and back over 6 to 8 hours. For larger programs with airport arrivals and hotel runs, our transportation for meetings and corporate events schedules the bus alongside the other vehicles. The same bus handles class trips and college visits through our school and college group transportation, and chauffeured days in Manhattan as part of our private city tours.
23, 37 or 55 Seats: Matching the Bus to Your Headcount
Our advice is to leave a few seats free. A group of 20 rides more comfortably on the 23-passenger bus than squeezed into two vans, and a group of 30 with luggage is more comfortable on the 37-passenger bus than on the smaller one.

When a group outgrows one vehicle, or an event needs several buses running at the same time, we plan it through our bus charters for larger New Jersey groups.
Drinks, Decorations and Music on Board
Group trips go better when the rules are clear before the day:
- Alcohol is not allowed on our vehicles without our prior written consent, so an adult group that wants drinks on a wedding trip needs to ask when booking.
- Smoking and vaping are not allowed, and a $300* cleaning charge applies if they happen.
- Cleaning or damage after the trip carries a minimum charge of $450* for a bus.
- Decorations are fine if they are light and do not mark or damage the bus; let dispatch know in advance.
- Music: groups can usually play their own; ask dispatch which connection the bus has.

How the Bus Is Kept Ready Between Trips
Before every trip, the bus is cleaned inside and out and checked, from tires and lights to fluids. Maintenance follows a mileage schedule, and a vehicle with any problem stays in our garage until it is fixed. Chauffeurs pass a background check and a previous-employer check before they are hired, and every vehicle is GPS-tracked and fitted with cameras.

Is the drive from your garage to our first pickup included in the hours?
Yes. Hourly time counts garage to garage, so the drive from our garage to the first pickup and back is part of the booked hours.
Are tolls, parking and gratuity included in the quote?
Tolls and parking are added to the bill, and a gratuity of at least 15% is added to every reservation.
How far ahead can we cancel?
Mini buses and motorcoaches need 35 days’ notice to cancel, much longer than a car, so it is worth confirming your date and headcount before you book.
