River Vale Car Service

Out-of-town guests usually stay at the Marriott Park Ridge or the Residence Inn Saddle River, about 15 to 20 minutes from either venue, so Florentine Gardens transportation or a country club shuttle is a loop between the hotel and the venue. A typical example: about 40 guests at the Marriott, a 37-passenger mini bus making one trip to the venue and two return trips at the end of the night, one for early leavers and one for the last-dance crowd, plus a sedan for the couple.

For up to 14 guests, couples usually choose a Mercedes Sprinter; for 20 to 37 guests, the mini bus is the most common choice. Shuttles are booked by the hour, counted garage to garage, with a 5-hour minimum for a Sprinter or a 23-passenger mini bus and a 6-hour minimum for a 37-passenger mini bus or a motorcoach. The price is quoted on request, because it depends on the vehicle, the hours and the hotel.

From River Vale to Newark, LaGuardia, JFK and Teterboro
