Private Transportation to PNC Bank Arts Center
The PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, New Jersey, sits right off Garden State Parkway Exit 116. This outdoor amphitheater has a season that runs from May through September and is best known for its summer concert series, with major touring artists every year. Beyond concerts, it hosts comedy shows, family-friendly performances and seasonal festivals that combine live music, food vendors and interactive experiences. Our private transportation to PNC Bank Arts Center makes the trip down the Parkway and the ride home simple.
Benefits of a Chauffeured Car or Limo to Holmdel
With a professional chauffeur, you can relax on the way down and focus on the show ahead. Whether you are going to a concert, a comedy show or a festival, you arrive on time, ride in a vehicle sized for your group and leave without searching for your car in a crowded lot. Nobody in the group has to be the driver for the night, and nobody has to wait in the general parking exit line after the last song.
Concerts, Airport Arrivals and Company Outings to the Amphitheater
We offer several ways to get to events at the PNC Bank Arts Center, whether you are heading to a show from home, flying in for it or bringing a team:
- Concert nights. Our chauffeured concert transportation works for individuals and small groups, and for bigger groups, a charter bus for the whole group gets everyone there together and on time.
- Airport arrivals. Out-of-town guests can ride straight to Holmdel from Newark Liberty (EWR), JFK or LaGuardia (LGA). A sedan from Newark Airport to the PNC Bank Arts Center starts at $162.46*.
- Company outings. Teams travel together in Mercedes Sprinters for up to 14 people or mini buses for 23 or 37, depending on the group size, as part of our corporate transportation.
*Estimated one-way price for a standard sedan from our online booking form. The online price includes all fees; tolls, parking, extra stops and waiting are added.
How Long the Drive to Exit 116 Takes on a Show Night
Traffic near Exit 116 and at the lot entrances builds before a big show, so our dispatch plans with two sets of times: a normal day and a concert night.
| From | Normal traffic | Concert night |
| Rochelle Park, Bergen County (our base) | 55 to 65 min | 1 h 15 min to 1 h 30 min |
| Midtown Manhattan (Times Square) | 1 h to 1 h 15 min | 1 h 20 min to 1 h 45 min |
| Newark Airport (EWR) | 35 to 45 min | 50 to 65 min |
From Bergen County, plan to leave about 1 hour 30 minutes before showtime on a weeknight and about 1 hour 45 minutes before on a summer Friday or Saturday. The Parkway heading south is slow on summer Friday evenings, so for a Friday show we suggest the earlier pickup. Send us the showtime when you book and we set the pickup from there.
Round-Trip Prices From Bergen County and Midtown Manhattan
For a concert you can book the car by the hour, with the chauffeur waiting through the show, or book two one-way rides, one down and one home. These are the starting prices:

Where Your Chauffeur Waits and How You Find the Car After the Encore
Getting home is where a private car helps most. The PNC Bank Arts Center shuttle from the Aberdeen-Matawan train station was discontinued in 2026, and rideshare pickups get busy when the whole crowd leaves at once. Private cars and limos use an area the venue’s parking staff assign to them, separate from the general parking lots. This is how the evening works with us:
- The chauffeur drops the group in the private-car area and tells you exactly where it is before you walk in.
- During the show, the chauffeur waits in that area or nearby, wherever the parking staff direct.
- Before the encore, the chauffeur texts the group the pickup spot, the car and the plate, and you walk straight there. If the crowd makes it confusing, a call is always possible.
- Because private cars do not sit in the general-lot exit line, groups are usually back on the Parkway well before the lots clear.
Finding each other in a crowd is the part clients remember, and one of them wrote about our chauffeurs tracking them down in a crowd:
“Always on time and go the extra mile to make the trip enjoyable. Also they go out of their way to find us when it is crowded and we are trying to get out of the crowd!” (Amanda J., Google review)
A Summer Concert With 12 Friends From Paramus
Most of our trips to Holmdel are groups of friends in SUVs and Sprinters, along with families and some company outings. A typical one: 12 friends from Bergen County booked a Mercedes Sprinter for a summer concert. The chauffeur picked them up at two homes in Paramus, dropped them at the venue about an hour before showtime, and had everyone home a little over an hour after the encore.
Plans for a show sometimes change at the last minute, and a first-time client wrote about how dispatch fixed her concert booking:
“We used them for the first time to pick us up for a concert and booking was so seamless! We had a small snafu with our booking, we called them today and handled it with a dispatcher named Joe, who was SO helpful and SO nice, I can’t stress this enough.” (Erin C., Google review)

Before You Head to Holmdel: What Concertgoers Ask Us
Can we drink in the vehicle on the way to the show?
No. Alcohol is not allowed in any of our vehicles without our prior written consent, and that includes the Sprinter and the motorcoach, both on the way to the show and on the way home.
Can we stop for dinner in Monmouth County before the concert?
Yes. Some groups, especially companies, add a dinner stop before the show, and we build it into the hourly booking. Others go straight to the venue and eat there.
