I was traveling out of EWR on August 10. Ended up, after 2 cancelations, being reboooked on an early flight on the 11th. I have used Air Brook several times before especially at EWR. They brought me back to my sister's house for the night. I booked a ride back in the morning for my rescheduled flight. The process was fast, seemless, professional, with outstanding customer service. Nahat arrived 10 minutes early. He too, was extremely professional, courteous and a pleasure to chat with. It is well worth it to use Air Brook.

Our driver, Nahat, was exceptional! He arrived early, was very friendly, courteous, and accommodating. He's also an excellent driver, super smooth trip to the airport. The SUV was in tip-top shape, very clean, even waters provided for everyone in the group. Highly recommend Air Brook, and will request Nahat next time. 👍🏻 👍🏻
