Transportation to the Princeton Marriott at Forrestal in Plainsboro

The Princeton Marriott at Forrestal stands at 100 College Road East in Plainsboro Township, a few miles from downtown Princeton, and pairs a hotel with a large conference center. Business conferences, corporate retreats, association meetings and weddings bring guests from across the region, many of them landing at Newark or Philadelphia or driving down from North Jersey and New York. Our Princeton Marriott at Forrestal transportation covers those airport rides, shuttles between conference hotels and cars for executives who need one all day.

Where Guests Meet the Car at Forrestal

Most pickups happen at the main hotel entrance, where the car can stop for loading. For conference groups riding in Sprinters or buses, we agree on the spot with the hotel’s event team in advance, usually on the conference center side.

The busiest moment is the end of a conference day, usually mid to late afternoon, when many cars and shuttles arrive at once. The chauffeur texts you the car and the plate and waits nearby if the drive is full. Route 1 is slow at rush hour, so for a weekday afternoon flight we suggest an earlier pickup.

Airport and Bergen County Rides with Drive Times and Fares

Forrestal sits between Newark to the north and Philadelphia to the south, and most attendees fly into one of the two. These are the times our chauffeurs plan with and the starting one-way prices:

To Forrestal from Normal traffic Rush hour Sedan SUV
Newark Airport (EWR) 45 to 55 min 1 h to 1 h 20 min $161.78* $227.48*
Philadelphia Airport (PHL) 60 to 70 min 1 h 20 min to 1 h 40 min $223.19* $288.89*
JFK Airport 1 h 45 min to 2 h 2 h 15 min to 2 h 45 min $259.24* $324.94*
Rochelle Park, Bergen County 1 h 10 min to 1 h 20 min 1 h 30 min to 1 h 50 min $211.52* $277.22*

*Estimated one-way prices from our online booking form (September 2026). Tolls and parking are added, a gratuity of at least 15% is added to every reservation.

A ride from Newark Airport to the Princeton Marriott at Forrestal is the most common of these. We track airline flights, so the pickup moves with the landing time, and the chauffeur waits up to 60 minutes after a domestic landing and up to 90 minutes after an international one at no extra charge. Guests with flights at JFK can also use our JFK airport rides, and other trips through Newark are covered by our rides to and from Newark Liberty.

The chauffeur’s text message after landing is what makes an arrival easy, as one traveler explained after her ride home from the airport:

“The driver, Mahbub Jamil, texted me right away after landing and stayed in touch until I made a necessary stop and then retrieved my luggage. He gave me the door number at which I should wait and arrived soon after.” (June J., Google review)

Shuttle Loops for Conferences Spread Over Several Hotels

When a conference fills more than one hotel, Forrestal conference transportation usually means a loop. We run Sprinters or mini buses between Forrestal and the other hotels, such as the Hyatt Regency Princeton, about 10 to 15 minutes away. Runs are more frequent in the morning before the first session and at the end of the day, and an on-site coordinator can manage the loop if the organizer wants one. Our shuttle service for events and meeting and event transportation cover the planning in more detail.

For conferences, send us the attendee arrival list as early as you can. We plan the airport pickups around the flight times and put guests arriving on the same flight in one vehicle when it makes sense.

A Chauffeur for the Whole Meeting Day

On an hourly booking, a chauffeur can stay with an executive for the entire day at Forrestal, between the hotel, off-site dinners and the airport. Hours are counted garage to garage:

  • sedan: 4-hour minimum, $94.90* per hour
  • SUV: 5-hour minimum, $116.80* per hour

*Hourly rates from our online booking form (September 2026); tolls, parking and gratuity are added.

Companies usually book through a corporate account, which we open at our discretion, or pay by card (American Express, Discover, Mastercard or Visa). New business clients can see corporate rates in our web portal by signing up with a business email, and our corporate travel program handles recurring travel beyond a single event.

A client who has ridden with us for years wrote about business trips and special events alike:

“Whether it’s an airport transfer, business trip or special event, their chauffeurs are always courteous, punctual and provide a safe and comfortable ride.” (Lynette H., Google review)

Vehicles for Speakers, Teams and Wedding Guests

  • An executive sedan seats up to 3 passengers with 3 suitcases, so it suits one or two travelers with luggage.
  • An SUV takes up to 6 passengers with room for luggage and presentation materials.
  • A Mercedes Sprinter carries up to 14, for teams and conference loops.
  • For weddings and large conferences at Forrestal, we also send mini buses for 23 or 37 passengers and 55-passenger motorcoaches.

Couples who marry at Forrestal can plan the rest of the day with our wedding transportation in New Jersey. Princeton University is about 10 minutes away, and conference guests who add a campus visit or come for Reunions can use our rides to and around the Princeton campus.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will the chauffeur wait at the hotel if my meeting runs over?

For pickups that are not at an airport, the first 15 minutes of waiting are free, and after that waiting is billed by the minute. If you expect a long day, an hourly booking keeps the car with you.

My train into Princeton Junction is late. What should I do?

Trains aren’t tracked automatically, so send a quick call or text to dispatch, and we’ll move the chauffeur’s time to match your arrival.

Can guests on the same flight share one vehicle?

Yes. When the arrival list shows several guests on the same flight, we group them in one vehicle when it makes sense, which is why we ask conference organizers for that list early.
