Bachelor(ette) Party Transportation in New Jersey

A bachelor or bachelorette party rarely has one destination. There is a first pickup at someone’s house, then a spa or a dinner, a string of bars, maybe a casino, and a late ride home for guests who live in different towns. Our bachelor party transportation puts the whole group in one chauffeured vehicle for the length of that plan, so nobody has to stay sober to drive, split three rideshares or hunt for half the group outside the next bar.

This page is for groups of roughly 6 to 23 people and for longer days with several stops. If you are planning a shorter dinner and a show for two to six, our night on the town service for couples and small groups is built for that kind of evening.

Matching the Vehicle to the Size of the Party

Every party booking is hourly, with a five-hour minimum for all three vehicles. The group size decides the vehicle:

Vehicle Guests Minimum Starting price
Luxury SUV up to 6 5 hours $116.80* per hour ($591.00* for 5 hours)
Passenger van up to 13 (10 with luggage) 5 hours Quoted for your date and plan
23-passenger mini bus up to 23 5 hours Quoted for your date and plan

*Starting SUV price from our online booking form (September 2026), with all fees included. Tolls, parking, extra stops and waiting are added, and a gratuity of at least 15% is added to every reservation. Van and mini bus prices come with your quote.

The SUV suits a small bachelorette party limo in New Jersey that still wants everyone together, while the van is the usual choice for 7 to 13 friends. When people ask us for a bachelor party bus in New Jersey, they usually mean the 23-passenger mini bus, which fits a large group with room to move. If the night runs long, extra time is billed at the same hourly rate.

If you are not sure which size fits, dispatch will help you decide, which is what one client mentioned about planning a group trip with us:

“The reservation process was great – we received wonderful advice determining what size vehicle for our group!” (Justine G., Google review)

Party Days Our Groups Actually Book

These are the trips party groups book with us most often, with drive times from our garage in Rochelle Park. Any of them can be changed, combined or started from your own town.

  • Hoboken bar night. Dinner on Washington Street, then Pilsener Haus & Biergarten, The Wicked Wolf Tavern, Green Rock Tap & Grill or drinks at the W Hoboken. Hoboken is 30 to 45 minutes away, and longer on Friday and Saturday evenings.
  • Manhattan night out. Dinner and bars in Midtown or the Meatpacking District, usually a five-to-six-hour booking, with 30 to 45 minutes each way through the Lincoln Tunnel.
  • Atlantic City casino day. A full-day trip built around the Borgata, often followed by Boogie Nights or HQ2 Nightclub. Plan on 2 hours 10 minutes to 2 hours 30 minutes each way.
  • Spa afternoon in Edgewater. SoJo Spa Club is 15 to 25 minutes from Rochelle Park and works well on its own or as the calm first half of the day, with dinner at The River Palm Terrace in Edgewater nearby.
  • The Shore. The Asbury Park boardwalk, or D’Jais in Belmar, is a separate day trip of 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes each way.

For a Manhattan night, the van keeps the group in one place in and out of the city, as a client who rode into New York with her group in one of our vans described:

“Great service. We took a 14 passenger van to NYC. Driver was friendly, on time and the van was clean, new and roomy! Great experience.” (Alesia L., Google review)

Wineries and breweries are popular for a quieter daytime celebration. Those trips have their own pages, with chauffeured visits to New Jersey wineries and brewery tours with a private chauffeur.

One Saturday, Eleven Guests, Six Hours

A typical bachelorette party transportation booking looks like this one. The group of 11 booked our passenger van for six hours on a Saturday. The chauffeur picked everyone up at two homes in Bergen County, drove them to SoJo Spa Club for the afternoon, then to dinner and drinks in Hoboken, and dropped each guest at home just after midnight.

Stops, Changes and Rules Inside the Vehicle

On an hourly booking the group can make as many stops as fit in the booked time. We ask for the plan and the addresses when you book so the chauffeur knows the route, and once the night starts you can add or change a stop by telling the chauffeur. If everyone wants to stay out longer, the chauffeur can usually stay when the schedule allows; tell the chauffeur or call dispatch.

A few rules keep the vehicle ready for the next stop:

  • Alcohol is not allowed in any of our vehicles, the mini bus included, without our prior written consent, and the trip can be ended if the rule is broken. Plan the drinks for the bars and restaurants.
  • Smoking and vaping are not allowed, and doing so carries a $300* cleaning charge.
  • If a vehicle needs cleaning after the party, the cleaning charge is at least $150* for an SUV, $250* for a van and $450* for a mini bus. It is charged only when the vehicle actually needs it.

*Charges confirmed by Air Brook in September 2026 and subject to change.

Send Us the Plan and We Will Quote the Party

Saturdays from May to October are also wedding days for us, so for a van or mini bus we suggest booking a month or more ahead. If the party is part of a wedding weekend, the rehearsal dinner and the big day can be covered by our wedding day transportation. To quote your party, send us:

  1. the date, the pickup time and how many hours you want
  2. the number of guests, so we can match the vehicle
  3. the full plan with every address, including the pickup and drop-off homes
  4. the name and cell number of the one person in the group the chauffeur should contact

Reach dispatch any hour at (800) 800-1990 or info@airbrook.com, or start with our online reservation form. Before you book, you can read what more than 870 riders have written in our Google reviews, rated 4.9 overall.

Deposits, Cancellations and Late Pickups Explained

Do we have to pay a deposit to hold the vehicle?

Every booking is secured with a pre-authorization on a card. For vans and mini buses we may also ask for a deposit when you book; the amount comes with your quote, and deposits are non-refundable.

Until when can the group cancel without paying?

For an SUV, you can cancel up to 2 hours before pickup, by phone. For a passenger van the window is 48 hours, and for a mini bus it is 35 days. After that, the full booked minimum is charged.

Is there an extra charge for a pickup after midnight?

Yes. A pickup scheduled between midnight and 4:59 a.m. carries a $25* surcharge plus gratuity, for example a separate ride home booked for 1 a.m. after a late night in Atlantic City.

*Surcharge confirmed by Air Brook in September 2026.

Can guests who live in different towns be dropped off separately?

Yes. Each home is simply another stop on the plan, as long as it fits in the booked hours. List every drop-off address when you book so the chauffeur can plan the order of the ride home.
